This is a lovely place to stay. Our deck looked over the Fall River. The elk came to visit several times during our stay. It is very near the entrance to RMNP. The accommodations were neat and clean. There's a gas fireplace in the living area. Our hosts were helpful and friendly. There is a small kitchen which has a fridge, microwave, stove/ oven and dishwasher. We stayed in a two bed/ one bath unit on the upper level. Quiet and comfortable.
This is my husband and I’s favorite place. We celebrated our engagement, wedding and had our babymoon here. The owners and staff are amazing and have always treated us like family. Rooms are cozy and clean. Located where you can easily get into the national park or downtown Estes. Can’t recommend enough!
We LOVED our time at Aspen Winds this summer. The staff was lovely and the accommodation was amazing. The only thing that could have been better is if we could have stayed longer!! Next time I will book another night!
10 family members stayed at Aspen Winds for granddaughters wedding the last week of July. All the staff, especially Keri in the office, were pleasant and helpful. Keri was so accommodating in assisting me with planning a family luncheon at the outside picnic area. She only deserves five star status. Our only issue was the temperature in our upstairs unit by the end of the day. It was unseasonably warm during our stay, and even with ceiling and floor fans, the nights were uncomfortable. After some less than ideal interactions with the owner of a similar place down the river my wife and I chose Aspen winds and we are both kicking ourselves for not doing this sooner!! The facility is fantastic the rooms were great the Riverside grassy area is amazing I cannot say enough good things about this place highly recommend and we will be back!
