It's a horrible place to live. The apartments are infested with cockroaches and dirty. From the outside, they look even uglier and in horrible conditions. People rent and rent to more people, so that about 10 people live in one apartment. They don't have enough parking and they don't have parking for visitors, among many other things.
I went to Aspen Villas today to tour an apartment. Unfortunately they didn't have any right now but the manager Vicki was great to work with and said she would reach back out to me when one comes available. These apartments are in a great location, close to stores and the beautiful mountains.
I have lived here my my whole life. I love it there. I wish they bought back the old park. it was way more fun and it’s really clean too and I love the view it’s amazing. And the staff there is really kind. And also it is very i near a lot of schools. I love it here.
