They do not keep their parking lots and sidewalks clear of snow and ice. I and others have slipped and fallen and gotten hurt multiple times. My friend has a scar on his hand from falling on the ice. Also, the apartments are full of mildew and they do not do anything to take care of that problem. When they promise to do something, such as provide services or repair appliances they either do not follow through or they take weeks, sometimes MONTHS to follow through.
