I went in and spoke with a lady i think she is new because I’ve never seen her before and I’m glad she is there now I may consider moving to Aspen Villa she gave me all the info I needed and clearly explained every single question I had I already feel at home
Just not a nice apartment complex. Drug vibe, lock your doors
Lady who answers the phone on the weekend is rude as hell.
This is the damage caused by their faulty equipment. That was never repaired while I was living there. The drip from the AC unit was so severe it caused mold. I moved cause it was causing issues with my asthma and then I was charged nearly 7000$ for damages.
The only reason they are getting one star is because it is required. I rented here during the lockdown. First there was a fire in the ac unit that is inside the apartment. Which they are charging me for the damage. Then the ac unit which happens to be in the ceiling began to leak causing the ceiling to cave in Pictured Below….. I have been renting since 1998 and have never had an issue. Now I have an unlawful eviction on my record. Do not rent from this location or any others owned by these people
