Joshua Bartlett is the best sales person! He is perfect for a first time buyer and an experienced one. He creates an experience that is with no pressure. It’s like if a friend was touring you around a house. He also helps tailor your experience to be more personalized to your budget and helps you get the best deal possible. Aspen view homes is truly the best builder out here. Great quality and many different models / floor plans to choose from. I was able to close in just a month which is amazing.
I purchased a home with View Homes in 2024, & after a few “warranty check-ups,” I am writing this review. From the moment I went under contract, the construction team & sales manager went above and beyond to make sure my wife and I were taken care of/ happy. Then, after my check in with Jake, it was the cherry on top! He (and the rest of the people who helped me) were outstanding! They work with you when they don’t have to, and we simply love our home! We couldn’t be happier with our purchase.
I can’t speak highly enough of Mr. Joshua Bartlett. It was a pleasure meeting and working with Joshua. His professionalism, knowledge, honesty, integrity and hard work ethics were very much appreciated and respected throughout the transactions.
