Criminals . They never pick up and always send you bill to the collectors and never file your insurance properly !!
Didn't respond to repeated calls and emails.
No answers during normal business hours, finally spoke with someone last week who wasn't able to help me at all, said they would speak with their manager and get back to me, it's been a week and I've heard nothing. The biggest issue is that they didn't classify my visit to the the urgent care in Basalt as urgent care so I'm being billed hundreds of dollars I wasn't expecting. Everything on the internet states After Hours in Basalt is an urgent care, even reception when I called to confirm. Horrible, confusing and costly misc... read more
Good staff, but billing dept is a nuisance. Most hospitals I have been to provide financial assistance on a sliding scale based on the poverty line, but I don't see anything like that for AVH. Go to valley view instead.
