I've lived here for 4 years, never had any issues, and the property managers and maintenance are always responsive. I definitely recommend!
Review of aspenvalleyslc.com advertisements. Overall assessment - RUN HEATING 1 out of 5 - Notice how AC is not mentioned. Top floor reaches 95+ in the summer. The heating isn't much to write home about either the levels differ by 20 degrees in the winter and the thermostat is from the 70s. PATIO/DECK 2 out of 5 - Rain gutters leaked into ours even after multiple requests to have it fixed. Never able to use it.
