Horrible, Horrible service. Scheduled tree trimming with Aspen and they arrived on time on the 16th of May, but it was starting to rain and they said they would reschedule. After waiting a week (of dry weather), I had not heard from Aspen and contacted them. After that it was a series of broken appointments and promises that lasted until June 12th. Finally I was tired of this and told them tomorrow or cancel. I canceled.

I am very impressed with ***** and Aspen Tree Service. They are extremely knowledgeable and easy to work with. They handled a problematic tree trim with compassion, understanding I wanted to keep as much of it as possible. They also did a deep root fertilization on some other trees, and I now see new growth. I will certainly use them again and recommend to my friends.
