I had an appointment at 10am on the 22nd. It is the 22nd and I’ve been here since 9:50 (currently 10:13). THERE IS NOBODY IN THE OFFICE! IT’S LOCKED AND NOBODY IS ANSWERING THE PHONE. How am I going to have a 10am appointment and the site says it’s open, BUT ITS NOT.
