Do Not Waste Your Time – Wow Wow Wow is all I can say. Not in a good way either. Terry the owner was very unprofessional and rather rude or dismissive at best when I spoke with her on the phone regarding our travel plans that got changed at the last minute without so much as a phone call from the agency. To make a long story short, once this outfit has your money do not expect much, and no customer service either. Make your arrangements through Apple or Fun Jet directly, they are much more knowledgeable.
