Axis properties is a horrible MONEY HUNGRY COMPANY! They will find any and everything to take every last dime of your rental deposit! I left my place at Aspen Trail in IMMACULATE move in condition! Replaced blinds and patio blinds . And I even bought the more expensive blinds because the maintenance employee had advised me to not buy the “cheap blinds “ or I would be charged more . Apartment Break-In Ignored by Property Manager From the moment I moved into Aspen Trails, the experience was disappointing. When I arrived on move-in day, the carpets were ripped up throughout the apartment. It was clear the unit was not ready to be lived in, yet they still handed me the keys without addressing the issue. Very bad, lots of fines, lots of cigarettes outside too, neighbor was smoking with his dog present probably endangering the poor puppy, there seemed to be a kid always crying late at night upstairs.. water somehow always found its way into the garage. There have been lots of false fire alarms, there were many times where I was terrified about everything burning down! And I hate it! STAY. AWAY. The snow shoveling is HORRENDOUS. Recently moved into this community. So far from the owners to the leasing agent to the new couple I met Jeff and Kathy thumbs up. This move is temporary but enjoying the new people I’m coming across the way.
