Very bad, lots of fines, lots of cigarettes outside too, neighbor was smoking with his dog present probably endangering the poor puppy, there seemed to be a kid always crying late at night upstairs.. water somehow always found its way into the garage. There have been lots of false fire alarms, there were many times where I was terrified about everything burning down! And I hate it! STAY. AWAY. The snow shoveling is HORRENDOUS. Recently moved into this community. So far from the owners to the leasing agent to the new couple I met Jeff and Kathy thumbs up. This move is temporary but enjoying the new people I’m coming across the way.
Great place,very nice outfield patios are nice too me my wife and are 4 kids lived here for 7 years no problems at all. We only moved to live closer to relatives and loved ones
