My oven hasn't worked for two weeks. I can't meal prep or anything and it's a pain in the ass. Cooking is essential for survival, so it is annoying that this hasn't been fixed yet. I have also put in a request this summer as they fixed my AC but didn't put the covering back on it, so all the chords are exposed. I have come in person twice about the issue but nothing has been resolved. Please advise!!!!!!
Warning many reviews are outdated so here’s a more accurate one: Country Manor began as a great experience. However the last two years it is slowly fallen apart. I am constantly being double charged for rent, requests/EMERGENCIES are not being tended to in a timely manner and those in charge are unwilling to help. 0 stars. Horrible apartment complex in every regard. They treat you worse than the trash that lines every corner of this place. Me and my family are traumatized from our experience at this complex. The manager Jenny raises her voice at residents and makes outrageous accusations in order to get more money out of residents when they move out. How this organization employees such a rude, unprofessional and unstable manager is beyond me. Her fellow employees had to apologize for her behavior. Overall avoid this complex. Carrington Lane Home Apartments, like all rentals, has the good and the bad and things in between. I have lived here for one year and will not be renewing my lease due to the increase in rent which I as a retired person, cannot sustain. All apartments in Florida have gone up 22%-30% since January 2022, this is not unique to Carrington Lane. Live a year and re- lease. with more promises like security on site That hasn’t happen. It oct2021. All size Tiny dog park unkeep. Amenities rooms are small and in disrepair apartment are not sound proof. Floors or walls. All kind of trouble people. Staff and underperformance. Worst apartments Ever! Mostly because the new office manager that thinks she’s a dictator. they are trying to fine me for having 2 small plants on my porch that I was told I could have when I moved in and also states in the lease but apparently only they can have them upfront of their model apartment. don’t get trapped
I tried so hard to like this place, but I've had the worst experience here. In summary I've experienced: flies, gnats, fly larvae (because they didn't spray for pests during Covid before they rented my unit out, and I was charged for the service call to spray after dealing with this), loud cabinets that slam, uneven countertops and that are off center and very hard to close (apparently this is the remodel they were talking about), loud neighbors, super thin walls (I can hear EVERYTHING!), single pane windows that haven't bee... read more
I genuinely do not want anyone going through what my roommate and I experienced living here for a year. (1) First, there are no lights by the dumpster, and no lights around the complex. There are lights by the entrance, and that's it. (2) They claim they have security patrolling but during my whole year there, I had not seen one officer.
