The stylist rushed my appointment because her next client had already arrived. I was on time, so I was disappointed with the rushed service. She didn't fully dry my hair before curling it (even though it was wet), which damaged my hair. The rinse and scalp massage were also rushed and poorly done. I had to ask another employee to help fix my hair! Please train staff to prioritize on-time clients better service would earn repeat business. Not going back there
I got my hair done by Hayley today and loved my haircut!!! She listened to the way I wanted my hair cut and it turned out exactly how I wanted even better!!! I have found my new salon home.

I loved my first visit for my hair here yesterday! I've been a couple times for a facial with Ava (she's amazing) and once again this place did not disappoint. Such a wonderful atmosphere and everyone is so welcoming and kind. Allie did my hair (partial highlight) and really listened to what I wanted and was very gentle with it as I am having postpartum hair loss/breakage. I'm so happy I've found my new place!
The attention to detail and one's comfort during an appointment is exceptional at Aspen Salon and Spa. Natalie gives an excellent cut and style, not to mention the relaxation massage is wonderful. Ava is absolutely thorough with facial services and gives the relaxation massage you didn't know you needed. I recently transitioned from box dye grow-out with a sharp demarcation line to gentle highlights and lowlights and am very happy with the results.
