Hayley is amazing. Over the course of my 40 something years, I've been to a professional for haircuts maybe 5 times in my life. I've always cut it myself but this time I really messed up and Haley worked a miracle. I didn't even know my frizzy hair was capable of looking like that. I feel like I got a LOT for very little so she has converted me. Even if her rates go up, I'll be budgeting this in!
Booked in advanced for a kids cut for my son only to be turned away the afternoon of his appointment in person. He was very excited to get his haircut and quite disappointed when the stylist rejected him stating she does cut boys hair. I suggest finding a more welcoming and respectful establishment.
