My APT complex had this company instal a new roof on all 6 of the buildings back in 2014. During this time, the crew managed to put a hole in my ceiling (I live on the top floor) which was never fixed by them or my complex (Oh, I'm rightly irate about that), and now the bran-spanking-new roof they installed 6ish months ago is leaking straight into my living room at 10 cups of water an hour.
