DO NOT RENT FROM THEM. They dont fix anything and the only time they will fix something is when they take you too court. They dont care about anything going on in your unit.my heat was out for a month and they didnt wanna fix it till they took me too court. Management barely answers calls and hard to get a hold of a lot of the time. Racked up 900 for damages after I left but never tried to get a hold of me via phone call because "she didn't have to" so I didn't know until 6 months later when it was being taken to credit bureau. Won't give me list of damages that racked up to that point and snotty attitude most the time.
