Bruce was punctual for our appointment. He gave me his opinion of my water heater unit and differentiated between electric and gas heater. I told him that I wanted an efficient unit and will not cost me high electric bill. He immediately consulted with his company and I agreed on the price of gas heater and rearrangement of the plumbing system around my water softener. I am very satisfied with his workmanship and willing to explain things to me. I like his professionalism.
