I lived here for 4 years starting at 15 (moved out at 19, and I'm 23 now). Me and my Nana had been bouncing around and found this place, and while it wasn't always nice, it was the most memorable 4 years of my life. The neighbors were kind, and the landlord at the time, Tyler, was a lifesaver on many occasions. I came to leave a review and thank this place for such fond memories with my nana now that she's passed.
Neighbors will complain about anything. Very unsettling staying to myself to get complained about. Complaints on my dog barking inside my apartment but keep their front window open, complaint that neibors was scared for their life when my dog was tamed on a leash outside porch balcony. I had to reask for work order to be placed, asking for the lease a 2nd time to get a mail box key and only received a welcome letter that the post office doesnt except. Very disorganized staff, very disappointing how they treat some residents. They dont explain things well to some people and theyll tell you thats how they run things with no reasoning or explanation. Theyll give you misinformation or not add some information if they do or dont want you to know things. They'll make sure they get their rent money without fixing things. They'll let some people use storage areas but not all, they'll pick and chose who they want to be decent with. Take pictures of before and after so you know wha... read more
