The atmosphere here has been incredible! I just started working last month, and the staff has been so welcoming. The office is always clean and smells great, plus cookies are baked every morning for residents, prospects, and staff. The residents have been wonderful, and I truly enjoy working with each and every one of them.

I was thinking of moving back to Tulsa and I went to this property and I found this property's grounds kept up and clean. The swimming pool was well kept and I really liked the residence area up by the managers office. The rooms were nice and clean. The manager Melissa was the one who showed me around and she was so pleasant and professional. If I move back to Tulsa this is where I will stay
Slumlord The worst management company ! Altus Equity is deplorable They can’t expect an Apartment manager to care when the upper management doesn’t care. All they are worried about is getting the units filled then straight ignore the work orders and it’s literally the worst place I’ve ever lived period. I wish I could give this place a negative rating. We moved into an townhouse here 5 years ago. We loved our townhouse...at first. We started having issues within the first couple of months. The downstairs toilet ran constantly if you didn't jiggle the handle just right. It ended up flooding the whole downstairs at 2 in the morning. The upstairs bathroom was leaking into the living room which caused a small hole in the ceiling of the living room. Dirty least helpful apartment I have ever lived in.
I cannot say enough about Barbara & Meesha's excellent customer service! They have truly been a blessing to me. Everything is handled in a timely and tactful manner. I am very grateful for all that Aspen Place Apartments does to offer their customers the best in apartment living!
