Amazing instructor; anlways an amazing workout.
Juanita stepped in where my physical therapist left off. She helped me to bring back some atrophied muscles in my leg I thought had long gone. She has an amazing ability to inspire me like an old style coach. She is personal able, respectful and downright mean when it comes to making goals. Thank you for taking such an interest in my health and well-being, its made a difference in my life.
Owner was incredibly rude.
This is the place to do your Pilates. She will challenge you beyond what you think you can do and encourage you to even further. The changes in my strength, flexibility and balance are more than I expected. You will not be disappointed working with Jaunita.
