I can’t recommend Aspen & Pine Pilates enough! I drive an hour each way (2 hours total) before work, three mornings a week, just to take Juanita’s classes—and she is worth every single mile. She’s the only person who has truly helped me stay consistent and get stronger. She’s incredibly kind, welcoming, and supportive, but she also knows exactly when to push you and hold you accountable. Aspen & Pine is a high end fitness experience. The small group sessions provide a lot of individualized attention, which I always appreciate. Juanita is extremely knowledgable, cares for her clients, and provides a fun and challenging workout every time!

I'm only in town for one month and wanted some accountability to get back on track with my workouts. Aspen Pine Pilates was exactly what I needed! The facilities are impeccable and bright, with ample equipment, and cute socks to boot! Juanita is personable and professional. She pushes you to do your best while being compassionate (I know that sounds like a contradiction, but she makes it work!). I leave every session feeling real growth in my movement and strength. Absolutely incredible experience! I tried a session with an apprentice and really enjoyed it! The one on one instruction really helped me with proper posturing and adaptation as needed. The staff are so supportive. They will meet you at any level and work with you to find the perfect combination of exercises for your unique needs! I've already booked my next session and I can't wait! All bodies need Pilates! ‍♀️
