Of all the places you want an EXCELLENT experience, this is the place. Dr. Kang and the office staff were incredibly SAFE and put my young daughter, amazingly at ease during the entire process of her surgery. I feel very lucky to have found them!
Dr. Kang was awesome. Very professional and informative. Lee helped us through the whole insurance and payment process. We plan on using them again when our children need to extract their wisdom teeth.
I agree with all of the comments about Dr. Kang having great bedside manner, asking us questions, listening to our questions, explaining everything thoroughly, and calling later in the day to check on how our son was doing after having all of his wisdom teeth pulled that morning. The office staff was great (Lee has great "bedside manner," too!). We were also very pleased to hear he offers the long-acting local anesthetic - that was a game-changer for us! We would most definitely recommend Dr. Kang to others!
We were in Boulder area from Louisiana and had an urgent need for an oral surgeon and this office was fantastic! Staff was wonderful! Highly recommend and wish we lived closer!!!
I would like to express how pleased I am with my teeth extraction experience at Aspen Oral Surgery in Erie. The front office staff, the dental assistant Tamara, and in particular Dr. Kang were wonderful. Dr. Kang is extremely professional. He was very thorough in his explanation of my options and the risks of tooth extraction. So impressed with the staff. It was a pleasant experience from the day we had our consultation through the surgery. The office staff, the nurses & doctor all went above and beyond. They treated my daughter like she was family & she felt so comfortable.
