I truly enjoyed my time living here! The management was amazing—always kind, professional, and willing to work with me whenever I needed assistance. I never had any issues during my stay, and they went above and beyond to make my move-out process smooth and stress-free. They were fair and didn’t charge me any unexpected fees, which I really appreciated. The community itself is beautiful, especially in the summer. Aspen Oaks Apartments are a quiet and nice community to live in. The layouts of the apartments are very unique and they’re a short distance from the Chaska Commons. Kelly and Art are excellent property managers and great people. The maintenance team is full of rockstars; if you have even the slightest issue, they will be there to assist you in a timely manner.
I went to management about a problem with my air conditioner. They attentively listened to my concerns and provided a solution. They then respectfully entered my residence and made swift repairs. Very happy with my experience.
Layout is so unique! A quaint loft style. With a balcony leading out to some awesome walking trails. Maintenance crew has quite literally been the best, super friendly, put in a request for my air conditioner and by the next day it was fixed and running!
