At first, I found the staff to be polite and the appointment went okay. But then they wanted additional appointments or even to charge for phone calls to report the results of my yearly medical tests. They are really in it for the money, and I don't recommend them. Plus, when I asked for a free report of the test results, the appointment person was rude and cold. He wanted the money and that was it.
