The room was good, but the heater wasn’t working. I called maintenance, they looked into it and apparently fixed it, but it stopped working again after an hour. When I reached back to the front desk again(because the room was very chilly), they said engineering team is gone for the day and they can’t do anything. They don’t have vacancy to move us to a different room and they can’t get this fixed. This type of experience at a 4 star resort is unacceptable.
Aspen’s classic modernist resort on 40 acres near the music tent. All suite hotel on gorgeous grounds with expansive accommodations.
Ned was super helpful getting me downtown in the shuttle. And friendly!
Felt very welcome. Very clean place with nice people
