Felt very welcome. Very clean place with nice people
Lack of attention to detail in the front desk and terrible service overall.
Ned was fantastic. He took me around the property and showed me everything! Front desk was also always willing to help. The shuttles are prompt. Overall enjoyed the stay
The place is nice; the only negative is that if you park in the parking garage or outside, you have to literally drag your suitcases to the room, which can be a distance depending on which block your room is in. So they actually ask if you need a hand with your bags, We said no at first, but seriously, you should totally say YES! So, we totally lucked out! A parking attendant on a golf cart actually gave us a ride to our room. Getting everything there in one trip, instead of walking with all your luggage
The rooms are fine but the location, meeting space and service are super. The staff, like most places in Aspen, is very accommodating and helpful
