I am grateful for my home renting with my husband Buddy and I! Brianna the property manager was helpful today and said she would put in a work order for my fridge leaking. We think the plug may need cleaned by maintenance. Brianna let's Buddy and I get receipt when we pay our rent instead of paying online which is helpful. The grounds are beautiful.
management has been communicating with property updates, is understanding of hardships and property is looking better.
Don't let em fool ya. Ants and roaches every year, roof leaks that aren't properly fixed, the gate to the parking lot is wide open 24/7, and the pool is closed until firther notice and has been since covid started. If you really need a place, sure. If you can get more bang for your buck elsewhere, do so.
I def don’t recommend. The new management does not communicate well nor take accountability for their poor management. They’re quick to point blame and try to clean their mess on a dirty level. With no empathy or understanding for the community safety. They will wrongfully evict you, try to make a deal with you. Also, try to gaslight you and lie say they don’t have roaches when you have to send real evidence that indeed the units are infested. Cockroach infested apartments they bombed it 3 separate occasions. I am a very clean person never left out food never had a mess. There was a night where a whole brick was thrown into my window by a random person thinking someone else lived there. Charged me a painting fee when I did absolutely no damage to the apartment the time I lived there in fact I personally cleaned the apartment and left it in better conditions that it was given to me.
