I have great credit (718 when they ran it) and a stable job with an good income but was denied because I haven’t rented in 10+ years and do not have a “landlord reference”. This will disqualify you so don’t be honest like me and just have your friend give you a reference cause if you don’t have one, they will NEED a co-signer. I even offered to put down a double security deposit but was still refused. Co-signer or no deal. If you have a similar situation don’t waste the application fee.
Put in an application and they were kind enough to refund our application fees when the apartment ended up being taken already
New management was an improvement but that's not saying much. The current maintenance (Scott) is the only positive thing I've got to say for this place. You're better off finding an alternative place to live.
6 month average wait-list. They own most of the rentals in Napoleon. So don't plan to rent here anytime soon.
