New management was an improvement but that's not saying much. The current maintenance (Scott) is the only positive thing I've got to say for this place. You're better off finding an alternative place to live.
6 month average wait-list. They own most of the rentals in Napoleon. So don't plan to rent here anytime soon.

Since new management took over, things seem to be going well with the Pineview apartments. The Maintenance (Scott) is friendly and very helpful, and he has taken care of every issue in a punctual manner!
