Be careful doing business with this company. They take your deposit hostage for a very lengthy period of time and give you run arounds. I am fed up trying to get my money back. I’ve reported them to the Colorado Department of Real Estate and am contacting my attorney now. They are horrendous to deal with. Totally disrespect people’s time. Steer clear if I were you. I hired Aspen Management to help rent my son's place in Denver after not having much success trying to rent it myself on Zillow. Bobby & Debra were great to work with, very professional, and were able to secure some great tenants for us in a short period of time at very acceptable lease terms. I highly recommend them and will definitely continue to use them and have referred them to several of my own clients.
I had the opportunity to work with Debra Kuzemchak of Aspen Management while trying to rent my home in Boulder. Deb was great to work with, not only because of her professionalism in finding a renter for our home, but just as importantly because she made the entire experience fun.
