Aspen itself is a little lackluster when it comes to customers and their employees. They operate hundreds of properties but only have two maintenance guys, but the one maintenance guy is amazing. He is super patient despite the work conditions he is forced to work for, but he tries to be as efficient as possible. I had a false monoxide alarm go off and he called within minutes of submitting the request.
