Worst place I’ve ever lived, don’t waste your time!! Nov. 19th I was told that I was 1st to inquire a certain property, I was told to do the application, then told that I must pay for the application, so I did..I asked if anyone was interested in the property yet..I was told that no one has inquired on it. I am a new tenant at The villages of Northwood which is managed by Aspen management. My property manager is Alicia. Upon paying deposit first month's rent and last month's rent I was given the keys and when I entered the apartment the master bedroom carpet smelled like dog and the spare bedroom wreaked of cat urine.
