Carmen is great but started having issues within the last week of staying there. My lease ended on the 1st of August, I was moving out little by little 2 weeks prior, I had a few TV’s left in there along with my Milwaukee Packout I use for work and my 50’ in TV is gone and my Packout is gone as well. I thought maybe I took it at one point and had it in storage but I’ve looked absolutely everywhere and my stuff is no where. It was easy to move in. What I didn't expect is that my apartment is being remolded after my lease expires. I have to completely move again
Staff is helpful and even though maintenance may take a bit longer than expected, they get the job done. Excited for renovations!
Dog friendly for my two corgis! Communication with the staff is great, prompt, very understanding when you need help.
I lived in a 3-bedroom, 2-bath apartment at Aspen Lodge, and I have nothing but good things to say. The office team was always understanding—even when I was being a little irrational, lol. Carmen and her team are professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about the residents. The maintenance crew was always prompt and courteous, even during my more "extra" moments. If I hadn’t gotten married and started house hunting, I’d still be living there. Aspen Lodge is truly a great place to lease—highly recommend!
