The Aspen Team is amazing. Very helpful and the units are awesome.
They refused to fix things like standing water in the apartment below me after a water pipe issue. (This standing water was left for so long that it turned to mold and mildew.) And also instead of notifying me about it, they just forced me to leave the apartment claiming they needed to do ”renovations” after only one year of renting (probably to fix the mold growth in my apartment from the one below, again without notifying me that it had even happened). Lived here for some time now and love going to the office and get assistance from Carmen. She has managed the property as long as I lived here and she is amazing. Thanks for all you do.
