I have lived at Aspen lodge for 7 months. The maintenance is slow, the insulation on the apartments is awful (my heat has to run continuously to keep up with the cold, driving my bill through the roof). Additionally there have been several cars broken into and the management team is taking no action. There is no surveillance or precautions taken to help stop this. Costing me a hefty amount in repairs and there’s a high chance it’ll just happen again.
Carmen and the crew are awesome.
