I have lived at Aspen Lodge for going on 3 years now, and have never felt more like family with my complex staff. Im pregnant, and even when we had to move to a new apartment, same complex, so they can renovate the old apartments, they have worked so much with me and my partner to help us transition as quickly, and as smoothly as possible. Worst apartment on planet earth
The Aspen Team is amazing. Very helpful and the units are awesome.
They refused to fix things like standing water in the apartment below me after a water pipe issue. (This standing water was left for so long that it turned to mold and mildew.) And also instead of notifying me about it, they just forced me to leave the apartment claiming they needed to do ”renovations” after only one year of renting (probably to fix the mold growth in my apartment from the one below, again without notifying me that it had even happened).
