Constantly ignore my refill request. Emailed Tuesday with no response until today (friday) telling me they would be out of the office until next week. Now I am without my medication and their phone is disconnected. If you need mental health support, find someone who will not ghost you for a week when you need help. Because that is the service you get with Aspen Leaf.
Dr. Dilgarde was attentive, caring and wonderful during my appointments, but the challenges in communicating with her outside of those visits were a significant barrier to proper care. Rather than having direct access to the provider, I was required to communicate through the front desk via email or text, which resulted in substantial delays and confusion. I find the owners description here to be polar opposite from the actual experience. They gave me pills that apparently no pharmacy can keep in stock, then lied to me about withdrawal symptoms. Also don't feel they do much but give you a shrink and a stock diet plan. Pretty jealous of the ppl reviewing who apparently got help in multiple areas.
