We are a group of passionate individuals who help and guide other people in their mental health journey. We treat men and women of all ages, working professionals, children, teens and tweens as well as the LGBTQ+ community. We diagnose and treat mental illness, make an individualized treatment plan and prescribe medication using a holistic and integrative approach, utilizing both conventional and complementary treatments. We integrate supplements and alternative therapies alongside or instead of traditional medication.

Dr. Dilgarde was attentive, caring and wonderful during my appointments, but the challenges in communicating with her outside of those visits were a significant barrier to proper care. I find the owners description here to be polar opposite from the actual experience. They gave me pills that apparently no pharmacy can keep in stock, then lied to me about withdrawal symptoms. Also don't feel they do much but give you a shrink and a stock diet plan. Pretty jealous of the ppl reviewing who apparently got help in multiple areas.

Some how worse than Colorado psychiatry center. Do you know what holistic means? It’s a buzz word they use to make it seem like they care more than other providers. They don’t. I have gotten mental healthcare at multiple providers in this city and Aspen leaf holistic does nothing special. In fact holistic seems to mean they ignore legitimate scientific test that are not usually used for mental healthcare but might provide needed information for your diagnosis.
