We travel to Colorado every couple of months. Whenever there, we make a point of going to the Aspen Leaf Cafe to eat. It is one of the best places. Everything taste great! I particularly love their veggie sandwich. All pastries are fresh. You will not be disappointed!
I have lived in Florence Colorado for 5 months while on assignment here. Once I discovered "the bakery," as locals call it, I was home. After trying many wonderful entrées - open-faced reuben, diverse quiches, imaginative salads - I hit upon my go-to club sandwich which I have savored every weekend since. We always stop here when we're in town...breakfast, lunch, coffee, ice cream...it's all great and a great atmosphere. It's our go-to in Florence.
