Mike was incredibly helpful and gracious! He provided great guidance on what I wanted (even encouraging me to go with a "lesser" ring) rather that just trying to sell me something. Very much would recommend Aspen.

I had brought my sterling silver jewelry in to get cleaned and the pieces came out absolutely beautiful! Great staff. Very nice and welcoming. I would definitely go back and search for a piece of jewelry because they have a line of jewelry. That is absolutely gorgeous.

Fantastic experience working with Aspen, and Megan in particular! Megan was so gracious and very communicative as I worked with her to resize my mother in law's engagement ring (from a 4 to a 7.5!), and to pick out a new stone for the center of the ring. They didn't pressure me at all when it came to the type of stone, or even lab grown vs natural. Only took my interests into consideration, and ensured I knew the hardness of the different gemstones. I purchased an item on 12/6/2024 through your website for $29.99 There have been 2 subsequent fraudulent charges to my credit card from this company, one on 1/6/2025 for $22.95 and 2/1/2025 for $29.95. Luckily, my credit card did not authorize the second charge and notified me. I had to cancel my card. I hope this is only one employee and not normal company policy.
