I wouldn’t go anywhere else for fine jewelry! Had a family heirloom made into a necklace and after a small hiccup, Rick made everything right and then some! 15/10 customer service!! Rick, what a gem- he was insightful in terms of jewelry care and offered delightful travel tips!! My parents have been going to Aspen for 20 years (worked with Kurt- also a gem) and I see why. I wish I could give this place 10 stars! I couldn't be happier with my experience with Apsen Jewelry Designs. I needed a custom band for my engagement ring and had shopped around a few places before coming in to this small business.
