My husband's family has been with Aspen since the 1994, and now me and my husband for the past 20 years. They have always done great for us, making it easier to get the best insurance options, and always responsive. Harris is great! Love working with him. Very patient and kind.
I paid the insurance fees for a shipment, Aspen didn't pay the damaged items. Aspen referred the case to Mover Company and Mover Company back to to Aspen. I am really disappointed with both of them. They are very friendly at the begin of the deal, when they have to pay then the kindness has no place in their policy. That was at least my experience with them.
