The orange juice was watered down you could absolutely tell. The room could have been a bit cleaner around the toilet and tub bit wasn't bad otherwise. The coffee in the room at the Best Westerns sucks bad!! Not just this one. I saw dust and dirt in lobby/check in desk area and windows not cleaned well on front door. So cleaning I would say is a bit of an issue here. Front desk guy pleasant on check out and gal on check in very nice.
Physical location looked good. Sink drains didn’t work in the hotel room and beds were hard. Public bathrooms marked with signs as ADA wheelchair accessible but were not. They didn’t have any public ADA accessible bathrooms. Plus, their women’s public bathrooms had no locks on doors.
Customer service is great, they are doing some updating and remodeling, beds were so-so, somewhat clean but I did see a bug crawling up the wall
Nice, clean and quiet. I couldn't eat the breakfast because I wasn't up for it.
