Quiet, clean, good bed. They have two J1772, free, 48 amp EV chargers on site. The front desk will activate these for paying guests. Worked perfect during my stay on 9/26.
Wifi not working so grandson had no internet. Pool was green. Said they closed it Labor Day. Never saw a pool turn green that fast. That thing hasn’t been up and running for awhile. Couldn’t sign in to any apps on the tv due to no internet. So no pool no tv and no iPad for games for the boy. We left. They told us we had to go to the booking company for a refund. Contacted vio booking and they said the manager has to release the funds. We were in that room 5 minutes. Oh and they put an additional 50$ incidental fee on our car... read more
No wifi….. was told we’re working on it. Swimming pool was green, front desk informed us they closed it labor day weekend! I guess it turned green in less than a week. Right….Nothing on website stating it would be closed or we would not have booked in the first place! Tv wouldn’t work. Just kept buffering. Well of course with no internet. Grandkids were very disappointed along with the grandparents! Hard beds! Terrible service! Reviews are probably fake. They made are beds inside out it looked like it had been slept in!
