I don’t often write reviews but Scott’s inspection report was “above and beyond”. The report was so detailed and included many many pictures, labeled and described so that it was easy to understand, and easy to figure out what had to be done to make this residence safe and liveable. He also called and went over the report with us! I strongly recommend Scott for home inspection.
Scott was excellent. He gave us a thorough evaluation of our prospective property, and pointed out several areas where problems existed. He expertly taught us what was wrong, and then informed us about what could and should be done to correct these issues properly. He was friendly, professional, and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend him, and would gladly use him again for future home inspections as well.
