Scott was excellent. He gave us a thorough evaluation of our prospective property, and pointed out several areas where problems existed. He expertly taught us what was wrong, and then informed us about what could and should be done to correct these issues properly. He was friendly, professional, and responsive to all of our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend him, and would gladly use him again for future home inspections as well.
Scott was great, he was flexible with changing our date, when we realized water wasn’t yet turned on. His report was very detailed, and went over some of his concerns with us over the phone and was able to answer all our questions. We felt good about him being a local to the area and understanding the climate. We would definitely use him again.

We used Scott to inspect our new purchase in Pine Canyon and his service is excellent. Very detail, friendly, responsive and all around great at what he does. My husband and I really appreciate his guidance and knowledge. His is very patient and really wants to cover everything with you over the phone before he send out the report. That to me is what makes his service excellent. Also always picks up his phone and is willing to inspect right away. He’s on it. I highly recommend him.
