Scott was great. He was available for the inspection the next day, called after the inspection as done to do a review and followed up with the actual report. I would definitely use his services again.
We called Scott back on a second home we were looking to purchase, he was timely and fairly priced.
Scott was really helpful on everything he even when out of his way and got some extra info we needed. He really took his time doing the home inspection and showed us the major issues that need to be addressed and he was available when we called him back with questions. Definitely recommend him for a home inspection.
This is the second time I have had Scott do an inspection. He is very competent, thorough and professional. His reports are easy to read and he does not mind if you have questions. I would not hesitate at all to recommend him or use again.
