I cannot thank Scott enough for doing our home inspection. We had concerns about the crack going down the seam of our manufactured home. He found that the solar panels and the new roof (two layers instead of one) were causing the problem. Though we hate hearing what causes any problem at least he showed us what it was. He did a full inspection and found that some of the jacks under the home were extremely loose too. Scott did a great job on our first home inspection. Very professional and detailed, and honest. Despite the hot weather he looked at the home from top to bottom. Crossed his T's dotted his I's lol ✅️

Scott was great. He was available for the inspection the next day, called after the inspection as done to do a review and followed up with the actual report. I would definitely use his services again.
