I love it here! Everything about it. It has a lot of green space, you can walk peacefully and enjoy a beautiful view each season, they keep it clean, people come every week and clean the building. It has laundry and storage, the ladies at the office are soooo niceeee and always a fast response if there’s anything that have to be fixed. It has Target, JC Penny, pizza shop, hair cuttery, sheets, all close to home :) Hershey Park is just minutes away. What else you can ask for? If I could buy it, I definitely will lol
AVOID AT ALL COSTS. This is, without a doubt, the most hostile and uncooperative management team I have ever dealt with. If you value your peace of mind or need any degree of human understanding, do not move here. The biggest issue is their quick-evict policy. They have zero tolerance for anything, and I mean anything, even minor infractions that other complexes would simply issue a warning for. I have never encountered a landlord who cares less about their tenants than this. My experience living in one of their properties is defined by utter disrespect and complete negligence. You are treated as nothing more than a source of income, and any attempt to communicate an issue is met with stonewalling, condescension, or flat-out dismissal. There is zero professionalism when addressing maintenance, lease questions, or general concerns.
Update: This has been going on for 2 years and not getting better. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Our building has had oriental cockroaches (water bugs) for two years now, probably way longer. Nobody disclosed to us there was an infestation before we moved in, only told they come out when it rains which is absolutely false. I find roaches every morning even though we keep our unit clean.
