I have never encountered a landlord who cares less about their tenants than this. My experience living in one of their properties is defined by utter disrespect and complete negligence. You are treated as nothing more than a source of income, and any attempt to communicate an issue is met with stonewalling, condescension, or flat-out dismissal. There is zero professionalism when addressing maintenance, lease questions, or general concerns.
Update: This has been going on for 2 years and not getting better. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. Our building has had oriental cockroaches (water bugs) for two years now, probably way longer. Nobody disclosed to us there was an infestation before we moved in, only told they come out when it rains which is absolutely false. I find roaches every morning even though we keep our unit clean.
