Best apartment complex I have lived in...
My experience living here was horrible. I discovered that there was black mold in my bedroom. I suffered severe health issues as a result. I met with them and brought it to their attention..showed them the positive mold test results along with a note from my general practitioner as well as another doctor specializing in mold illness. Several issues over the years with rude neighbors, unfair treatment by staff and management, being made an example out of by staff and management, cars being broken into or outright stolen, and a complete and utter lack of info regarding move out fees and nothing stating you have to pay an excessive fee of 1.5 times your monthly rent on top of your monthly rent to break your lease.
