Review of this complex We have truly enjoyed living at the Aspen Regency for 3 years. It has become a wonderful home for out family, including our pet. we love that it is pet friendly, and has a dog park as well. The office staff is always there to answer our questions, address our concerns, and resolve any issues that arise. they are pleasant and caring, and very nice to work with. Great Apartment TERRIBLE property management & support/ communication Overall, the apartment was a great set up and included several ammenities such as washer and dryer, dishwasher, and garbage disposal. However, the property management was horrible. Work orders would be put in and would take months to get fixed. We went 6 weeks with a broken microwave. Don’t move here This place is too expensive & it’s not even luxury. The parking situation sucks because there’s no assigned parking spots & visitors can park here for 2 weeks then it’ll be towed.so it’s hard to find parking on the weekends for people who actually live here. Summer time there alot of spiders & outside bugs in the apt & I always clean my house so I don’t get why there’s bugs here. Especially Maintenance never answers the phone it just bring u right to voicemail. JUST DONT MOVE HERE
Worst Property Management &Staff Worst property management they will never hear your complain , we were getting jumping and running from 2nd floor and we gave 15-20 complains and they always ask to get proof and we also provided and they will take action. Not peaceful life. If you want take lease don’t go for 1st floor always take 2nd or 3rd floor or check who is staying above you.. you kids or even you can jump that’s fine because they will for recording proof and it is very tuff to capture that sound thru phone.
Aspen community privides zero safety and security On the name of safety this is not so good community ..tyres stealing incidents are continuously hppening from last 2 years..went so many time to the leasing office but they are not taking any step ..in a week almost 2-3 vehicle ‘s tyres are stealing..now the management is saying residents are responsible for their cars ..they will not set up any cameras or anything to resolve this...by giving so much high rent and no safety is there i would not recommend this community..

Debra These apartments are very nice and the location is great, we have high ceilings and washer/ dryer in the unit, with a patio, but you don't have a lot of options when it comes to cable, gas and electric.
We love this place! We are totally in love with this apartment. The rooms are all spacious and neat. The staff and maintainence is really awesome and I am very happy to have chosen this apartment.

Aspen Woods, Manchester, CT I have lived here since October 2012. The grounds are wonderfully maintained as are the buildings themselves. There are over 400 units in 15 buildings. The maintenance requests are answered and or resolved the same day. The neighborhood is quiet and all of.my neighbors are friendly and considerate. I am recently disabled due to an injury. The maintenance people have been very accommodating with helping to make my unit handicap accessible. I buy the devices and they are installed at no extra cost. ... read more
