Our daughter recently completed a two year lease agreement upon graduation. Overall we had a wonderful experience at Redpoint. There was one unforeseen issue upon moving in but it was quickly resolved. We found the office staff to be especially prompt, professional and diligent in their efforts. Our daughter felt safe in her living arrangements and was able to easily commute to campus. I would recommend Redpoint for any student seeking off campus living.
The worst experience I've had in any student living complex. I am now splitting a very nice two bedroom apartment two ways in a safe and upscale complex for less than what I paid at Redpoint. I always felt unsafe in my apartment with the gates never being locked and people wandering off the streets and into my yard. The office claimed that the gates were broken, but they would shut them when there were not many residents on property (school holidays, etc.). Firstly, the 5-star reviews up here are from people that work in the office and maintenance staff, and that feels slightly fraudulent to me. Upon moving in, the unit was so gross and there were several things that didn’t work, plus we were missing furniture. Only after going back and forth with the leasing manager, we were able to get an Itemized list of what furniture was in the apartment. If you think you’ve lived in a horrible place before, you haven’t seen anything yet till you’ve lived here. GERMAN ROACH INFESTATION TO THE MAX. I just had to spent 14 hours disinfecting, defeuming, bombing and throwing things away to move to a new place and make sure i don’t bring them with me. they come out of the outlets, dishwasher, garbage disposal, in the freezer and fridge, out of toilets and windowsills. Adding this for a different post. Most of these good reviews I see are from people who work the front office. With all the issues stated before, you could also never get maintenance to come and fix stuff. Our tv was broken for 5 months, they finally “sent” someone out and they sent a maintenance completed email but I was home all day and no one came. The pool area is dirty, all the seats are covered in mildew on the bottoms. The hot tub feature they still have on the website has been out of work for months.
