do not live here. move in day i opened the door and there was trash in all of our rooms. they didn’t bother to clean in between tenants. there was mold under our kitchen sink from a leak that had not been fixed for months. any time we put in a maintenance request it would either 1 get ignored or 2 say that it had been fixed when no one ever even came in the house that day. there was a leak in my roommates ceiling that leaked everytime it rained and that never got fixed in the year of us living there. the pool was never open ... read more
Its perfect! It is very spacious and extremely nice for a reasonable price. Ive never had any issues with noise or parties at night its very calm for university housing. The pool and gym/clubhouse is lovely! If maintenance is needed they are quick with it. The houses are all so pretty. everyone that works up front is great and efficient especially emma! Living at Redpoint Wilmington has been such a great experience! The staff here is always super helpful and you can genuinely tell they care about their tenants. Any time I’ve needed something, maintenance has been so kind, quick, and professional. They really go above and beyond. We’ve never had any problems living here, but I know that if we ever did, the office staff would be more than willing to listen and make things right. The actual place itself is super spacious.
