Place is bad management is horrible
Aspen heights is a horrible place management wise. They have no type of communication and are completely rude when having to speak with them. I have been here for the pass 4 years and never have caused a issue… I had my car towed for no reason when it had the pass it needed to be parked there & I was still towed… I spoke with Lauren the “manager” and she was very rude & inconsiderate being that I have a fractured toe & have never missed 1 payment the last 1470 days here.
This Apartment complex staff is amazing, I have had the distinct privilege of interacting with Miss Lauren Thomas, I rate this complex with 5 stars, because of the quality of customer service and personal attention to details I have experienced, speaking with Miss Thomas. I would recommend this Aspen Heights . 1. The Office staff they care for the residents living here. 2. The On call has a fast response time for lockouts.
