This place never picks up their phone. Submitted a lease agreement to them. Waited for a response. Called to check on the status and asked a few other questions and no response. I've sent emails and no response at all so unprofessional and frustrating that I have to take time out of each day to call and hope someone picks up.
Great Student Living at The Heights at Sam Houston I really enjoyed living at The Heights! The location is super convenient for SHSU students, and having your own bedroom and bathroom makes a big difference. The apartments are clean and well-furnished, and the amenities like the pool, gym, and study areas are great. The staff is friendly and maintenance is quick to respond. Overall, it’s a comfortable and fun place to live during college!
