I’ve lived here for a little over a year now, and it’s been nothing but good changes since I’ve moved in. The gym is nice and has a good variety of equipment the pool is well kept, and right next to the sand volleyball court. They also recently added a second dog park. Management is friendly and maintenance is efficient. Also rent is flat and all-inclusive which for me personally is a plus.

It’s good yall should def live here! Everyone is super nice and Maurice is honestly the best manager in town!
The heights had been a great living experience especially with all of the property events they host specifically so residents can meet and mingle with each other
The staff here are extremely friendly and accommodating and are more than happy to assist you with whatever you need. They run events from time to time that give you opportunities for prizes, reduced rent, and overall fun!
