Do not live here! Management is atrocious and will try to squeeze every last dime out of you before you leave even if it means being unethical. An absolute nightmare of move out policy. I was charged for a whole couch replacement when my couch had a few stains on it. All the while, a couch cleaning fee was an option to be charged but they chose to try and make me pay for the entire couch instead. Matthew from maintenance was absolutely 10/10! He fixed our sink and fan in what felt like seconds and made the whole experience so comfortable. He was kind, funny, and really made us feel seen and heard. As two young women living alone, it means a lot to have someone who doesn’t make us feel awkward in our own home. It’s such a relief knowing the staff here are not only efficient but genuinely great people. Huge thanks to Matthew for being the best!
Mathew with the maintenance crew was amazing! He fixed our ceiling fan in like .2 seconds and then we asked him about our sink and he fixed that even faster. Now we can cool down with our ceiling fan and wash our dishes with hot water! Great job Mathew!
Do not live here!! Beware of outrageous move-out charges. After living here for 3 years through a yellow jacket infestation they never properly addressed I was hit with over $1,000 in fees, including $425 for a couch that was already dirty and $250 for “full cleaning” despite leaving the unit in good condition. The apartment was far from perfect, but they’ll make sure to squeeze every penny out of you when you leave.
My rent is nearly $900 a month and my apartment unit has been left like this for over 3 weeks now. Aspen has no urgency, especially considering the fact that this was caused by a bathroom leak from the unit above us so this is literally a biohazard. When the storms hit last week our breaker box was surging and again, no urgency whatsoever. They treat their residents like trash. And yes, that is my washer in the kitchen just so I can do a load of laundry… and yes that is what Aspen recommended for us to do.To be clear as well... read more
