Do not live here!! Beware of outrageous move-out charges. After living here for 3 years through a yellow jacket infestation they never properly addressed I was hit with over $1,000 in fees, including $425 for a couch that was already dirty and $250 for “full cleaning” despite leaving the unit in good condition. The apartment was far from perfect, but they’ll make sure to squeeze every penny out of you when you leave.
My rent is nearly $900 a month and my apartment unit has been left like this for over 3 weeks now. Aspen has no urgency, especially considering the fact that this was caused by a bathroom leak from the unit above us so this is literally a biohazard. When the storms hit last week our breaker box was surging and again, no urgency whatsoever. They treat their residents like trash. And yes, that is my washer in the kitchen just so I can do a load of laundry… and yes that is what Aspen recommended for us to do.To be clear as well... read more
I have lived at aspen these past couple of months and have loved it. Great amenities, great staff, and a great maintenance team. I’d recommend anyone to live here. thank you!
I don't really like the area because of the baseball games holding up traffic. The rent is high and rooms are small
