I have 3 roommates, and every month my portion of the electricity bill is over $100 due to the poor insulation and cheap building materials used for these apartments. It is also worth noting that in the summer my bedroom upstairs never gets below 75 degrees and can get up to 84 degrees during the day with the AC set to 68 degrees. Popular place. Nice big rooms, and common spaces. Flex your rent biweekly, credit reporting, and the entire property is well maintained. Fresh paint being done now. I spent a year here, and enjoyed my time. Location is prime. Quite at night. Safe. No riff raff the entire time I was there. Plenty of walking trails. Book early, it’s in demand.
This place has been utterly horrible to live at. I go to Mizzou so if you are a fellow Tiger I would advise you live elsewhere. There were plenty of bad, and not that much good. Firstly, the electric bill. If you try to ask to see your electric bill, it will not be provided. They charge straight to your rent account through resident portal so there is no way of seeing this.
