Do not live here. You can do better. I lived here because I took a sublease from someone. Firstly, the houses- They look pretty on the outside and try to cater to a modern, minimalist, "clean" aesthetic but the property and furniture is actually old and cheap. The flooring in each of the units is cold, hard concrete that never looks or stays clean no matter what you do. The carpet is stained and old. Please please please don’t live here. This is 3700s where both of the entrances are basically blocked. If you have a truck they expect you to ride the curb to get to your unit. Being here for 3 years, I’ve seen 3 changes in management and it gets worse each time…. A lot of events happen if you give good reviews for incentives. Please don’t move here. This construction was started last week and is expected to be here another week.
The property does a good job of updating the living space. It's a nice, laid-back community.
Great service, yet to feel disrespected or unheard. Renovations are looking spectacular and no corners are being cut. Truly what I was looking for out of a place to live.
