Zero stars possible lived here for three years please take everything I’m saying to Hart. I have no intention of smearing a business that does not deserve it. Reviews: look at them. Really truly look at them of the 3 years I lived here they did several promo events where you had to leave a positive review to be entered into some sort of game or raffle. *3 weeks later by the way and still no change. No accountability from anyone, so hard to believe they really take reviews seriously* Don't live here. For being as worthless as their maintenance team is, they sure like to be loud and inconsiderate too. Leaving lights on in people's homes, entering when they want to, honking their horns and playing loud music by their shop, speeding in parking lots and just being an overall nuisance. Do not live at The Collective/Elevate. This place sucks! It started with renewing your lease. Why was it that people who currently living there never got the option to sign with our existing rate before letting the whole public apply and sign. This occurred before the Mizzou housing fair even happened. The year prior I went to the housing fair met with elevate and thats when I got my low priced rent. I am not a student and would like to meet other professionals that live at the Collective. It would be nice to have a few social events for non-students during non-working hours.
