0/5 If you’re over 5’11”, DO NOT get this apartment. I’m dead serious. The bed frame they give you is straight-up trash and way too damn small if you’re tall. The rooms are tiny as hell too. lived at Arba for the past two years and just recently moved out. My first year was lovely, then new management came in. Not only is all of the office staff unprofessional, but the assistant and general managers are very unprofessional. Everytime I went to them with a charge issue, they blamed it on previous management and would say the exact opposite of what I was told by the office student leasing agents. I housed with them from 2024-2026. The charges for the move out was absolutely absurd. I wouldn't move into here if you want a smooth move out and not to be charged for the small things.

LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE! The management, particularly the Assistant Manager, is terrible. They will pass along standard cleaning and refresh charges onto the residents at move out. And when you question them on it, they raise the settlement amount. Leased here for two years, never had a late payment or had issues, and not only did they raised the rent even though no upgrades were made, they then charged turnover costs at exit.
