I would not recommend living here. My car was stolen from the property, and the apartment complex was no help at all. There are no security cameras covering the area, and the gates rarely, if ever, close, making it incredibly easy for anyone to enter the property. New management has been horrendous. After being a resident for almost 3 years they have raised my rent. And then proceeded to charge me 110 dollars for a carpet replacement that was already in the process of being replaced with hardwood, I’m not even moving out and the damage is from a previous renter, and due to management switching they “no longer have access to initial reports” so they cannot confirm that I am telling the truth. This place is a scam!!! We pay extra fees for all this luxurious stuff and none of it even works. The gates are never closed, which causes many crime Occurrences. Two of my roommates cars got broken into and one being stolen. These gates need to be shut immediately and start working!! The elevators are constantly broken in building two. The cameras don’t even work around the whole building. Which kills the purpose of even putting up cameras if they don’t even work. I had the pleasure of speaking to Iliana Perez and she was absolutely delightful. She was very kind answered all of my questions and made it very easy. She made me feel confident in my choose and I would recommend her to anyone that needs help and wants to lease at the arba !
WARNING: DO NOT LEASE HERE. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE IN SAN MARCOS. If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Do not let their fake, glossy marketing fool you. They charge premium, luxury prices, but living here has been an absolute nightmare. The management is completely incompetent, negligent, and they are running this property straight into the ground.
