Absolutely amazing! Staff is all very friendly and helpful and maintenance is always responsive. Property is very clean and amenities are great!

I’ve lived here for a couple years and I’ve had a good time here.
Absolutely horrible management that ignores you and mistreats tenants rights. There are crickets and little insects that will be living with you, and disgusting utilities. The complex is highly ghetto with NO form of security the gates and the “cameras” are just for show and DO NOT WORK. There were several sightings of homeless on the complex roaming around and people you can tell were not students using the gym and playhouse.
