The apartment complex and housing is nice, but, the Management is terrible. My son lived there for two years and at the end of his lease he cleaned up his and moved out all his belongings. There were three other roommates still living, all random as Aspen Heights would move in people as others would move out. Seven weeks after moving out I receive a letter from a collection agency saying I am in default on the amount of $1,527.96 and this has been sent to a Collection Agency. Hello may name is Oscar Escoto i co-signed a lease with ASPEN HEIGHTS and they were great at communicating everything that was pretty much stated on the lease being as it’s a student apartment sadly I will have to cancel that lease and need someone to take it over for me so that I don’t get the full amount of the 10 month lease out on me at one moment I got the apartment for $565 ( which is a very great price If you really look around) and if you want to take over the lease, especially for those looking for a apartment ... read more
Do not live here. For one of the most expensive housing complexes around campus, it has some of the worst management staff. After living here for a year, it is safe to say I will not be returning. They are sticklers on petty rules like the number of trashbags you can have out (2 if you have 3 its a $25 fine). However, the trash service is unreliable just like everything else. Stay as far away from this place as possible. I our experience your son/daughter will not get their deposit back even if they pay their rent on time and leave no damage. Any problems that arise while your child lives there will not be fixed. And heaven help you if your child ends up with roomates like my daughter had. The other girls in her apartment were underage and drinking 7 days a week. They had parties at least 5 nights a week and served alcohol to other underage kids.
