Namely, not only was there a lack of quality off-campus housing available for college students who could afford it, but students at most complexes received a very low standard of customer service and were often treated like children. I purposely moved out 3 weeks early because I knew my roommate would leave a mess behind and I didn’t want to get charged for it. Ended up getting charged $75 for HER TRASH she left regardless. Cons: The wifi sucks and you can only connect a limited number of devices. Pool is always crowded, good luck finding an open chair on a weekend. It also closes super early. Gate is always broken. Management is irresponsible and unprofessional. If you aren't buddy buddy with them, good luck getting anything accomplished. Gates are ALWAYS broken. They never worked consistently for more than 3-4 weeks. Would be broken and left open for eons at a time. My car was broken into while living here as well as others. Yugo handled it terribly. Do not live here. All around not safe, professional, timely or considerate. Maintenance is painfully slow and full of temporary fixes just for the same issue to happen again and again a few days later. Not safe in the least. Violence, robberies, trafficking, car break ins, apartment break ins, needles in the parking lot, pets are not properly vaccinated or accounted for. Management didn’t care about my friends room barged into by property workers while she was undressed and asleep. Also management blamed her for the mix up of her move in date when she was told she could move in August 1st, leading to the property workers barging in her room.
