I've been going to Dr. Haines since just before the pandemic, and she is easily the best mental health professional I have ever been seen by. She and her staff put an exceptional amount of care into their patients. Sometimes, that means taking extra time with a patient who really needs it. This might cause someone else's appointment to be pushed back, and that might be inconvenient for some, but it's worth it when you are the one who needs that extra time. Finding Dr. Haines was an answer to prayers! She has assisted my teenage son tremendously. Through the genetic testing she suggested, we found that the medication (from a different Dr) he was on was actually one his body could not metabolize and was making things worse for him. My experience is that she is very knowledgeable and good at what she does. Sometimes the wait to see her is long but, we have never felt rushed during our appointments to make up time. So grateful we found her.

Dr. Haines is an excellent psychiatrist. I am so appalled to see these preposterous reviews. How can you respect yourself when you destroy a reputation of a doctor because of the medical assistant with a one-star review?? I do agree that Rick can be rude, uncaring, and I could see how he might have messed up appointments and scared people away. However Dr. Haines gives and gives of herself to the point that sometimes I just want to end the visit. She is more concerned about my mental health than I am most of the time. I attr... read more

The staff at Aspen Health Psychiatry our absolutely amazing to say the least. Dr. Haines cares about her patients and is extremely knowledgeable on her subject. The receptionists, especially Rick, are very genuine, helpful and kind. He is very easy to talk with and listens to your questions or concerns with respect. I will continue to recommend Aspen Health to anyone who is looking for real help, healing and support.

I have been desperately waiting for months to meet with Dr. Haines, that’s the earliest they could get me in. All I’ve been thinking everyday is only a few more months until I get to see the doctor. I went to go complete the paperwork today only to find my appointment has been cancelled. I waited so long and desperately need help, but will now have to go elsewhere
