Very disappointed in Aspen Grove Veterinary Clinic! They recommended Arlo (my Rottweiler) receive a TPLO surgery on his knee, and sent me a quote for $2800 bucks (later they stated that this quote was for a different procedure that was neither recommended nor requested). I agreed to the $2800 and scheduled the appointment for Monday. Tonight they sent me another quote for $3200 bucks and when I had the audacity to question their quote, they cancelled my dogs surgery and recommended I find a new vet (after 5+ years). Fantastic vet! They answer my questions without seeming annoyed and I'm full.of questions. Their prices are reasonable (even for urgent care) and they work with my budget.
Staff cares more about policy than their clients. Awful service!
