The Aspen Grove Apartments are pretty clean. The outside area has some newer sidewalks and hardscape. It looks like there are additional improvements being done. The two apartments we saw were clean and had new hardwood floors and carpet in the bedrooms. The common landings had some leaves that had blown inside because the outside door was propped open but not too bad. The buildings had onsite laundry with newer machines which is nice.
