Hands down, the best apartment I have ever lived in. They are completely transparent with their rules and policies. The apartments are nice and spacious, and they have a lot of natural light. It literally feels happier. The manager is awesome! She is so friendly and kind. I'm just so happy to be here.
I’m baffled that Aspen Grove has so few reviews because it is seriously the BEST! The apts are so spacious, especially the kitchen and bedroom! It’s a great price ($925) for how big it is, definitely a lot cheaper than many places in town. Rebecca is so warm and friendly and very responsible to emails/texts. Maintenance is very on top of it. Great place and management. The apartments are spacious and in a great location. We had no big problems during our stay, management was always available to answer questions and it was easy to move in and out. Rent: $750 Electric: ~$30-$40
you will not be forgotten! I asked for. a first floor apartment a year ago. I need first floor due to disabilities. I was put on the waiting list as well as 10 others. I figured I wouldn’t hear anything back from any of the apartments. although we bought a house instead they still got back to me a year later. i’m shocked and impressed !
The managers are horrible! They ignore the tenants and respond very late when they have problems in the apartments. the laundry room is disgusting, it is always dirty, the bathroom is disgusting and the machines are always damaged, the trees are also terrible during the spring because there are leaves and cotton everywhere and thus make those who have allergies sicker.
